It's easy to overlook the effort behind a website these days, but for me, hand-coding these pages with no formal background is a huge personal milestone! Hats off to web developers! The real magic, though, lies in integrated development enviroments(IDE), like Microsoft VS Code. It's a game-changer: everything's color-coded, it instantly highlights and explains errors, and you get live previews of your HTML changes. It's truly a fantastic aid for bringing web pages to life.

The world of coding, once ambiguous, became clear. While developing HTML front-end pages was enjoyable, static websites had their limitations. My focus shifted to dynamic aspects: developing forms and databases (the back end) and writing JavaScript, which powers much of the internet. Learning programming languages like Python helped clarify core coding concepts.

AI's Impact

The complexities of back-end development can be daunting for non-coders, but the emergence of AI tools has been a game-changer. Personally, AI significantly accelerated my journey through the back-end process; I doubt I could have navigated it without such assistance.

For web developers, AI now assists in the fast creation of polished websites with rich features. This transformative power suggests that traditional, manual web development might soon become a relic of the past, like learning DOS (disc operating system). It's truly fascinating how easy and accessible web development has become thanks to these advancements.

-Although MS-DOS ceased to be marketed as a stand-alone operating system, the relatively simple, stable platform is still used in some embedded computer systems.
